What are the return conditions?

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it without having to give a reason. All you need to do is send us a clear declaration by e-mail. The costs for the return shipment must be borne by you. You can find further information about our Return policy here.

What should I do if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?

How can I track an order?
